Owners Sig and Al Quinn began Signal three years ago after owning and operating ski and snowboard shops in the Seattle area for over 25 years. Today their focus is to supply female sport enthusiasts of the Portland metro area with the top of the line brands in ski gear, snowboard equipment and apparel as well as to provide gracious feedback for women seeking advice regarding sport, form and function.
