When it comes to skiing and snowboarding on Mt. Hood, Meadows is the resort with the most varied terrain options. They have a wide variety of different terrain in varying levels of steepness. Meadows is essentially the most common place people on Mt. Hood go for ski or snowboard freeriding.
Mt Hood features Paradise Parks - which they deem "a freestyle terrain experience featuring up to six different parks, themed to reflect the Portland lifestyle. Diverse yet unique in their own ways, Paradise Parks will have features to entice and challenge riders of all abilities". While in the past Meadows has offered a large amount of parks that catered to all skill levels, in recent years they have slowly been offering less and less freestyle terrain, and cater less and less to the more advanced riders. While in the past Meadows was renowned for their park, most skiiers and snowboarders currently do not regard Meadows highly for their freestyle terrain.
